M90C-2S compact three-phase modular rack UPS

The M90C-2S is a compact, rack-integrated three-phase modular UPS — 5 or 8 kW of online double-conversion protection in a 6U chassis. Built on a dual-slot architecture (one power module, one battery module), it brings centralized three-phase continuity into standard racks for federal, healthcare, enterprise IT, and industrial environments where space and procurement compliance are critical. Unity output power factor (kVA = kW), an integral maintenance bypass, configurable line-cord / receptacle / hardwire connection, and TAA compliance (UL-1778 / cUL). 2-year warranty and a $50,000 load-protection policy.

The M90C-2S delivers centralized three-phase protection within standard rack deployments — supporting modernization of legacy fixed-capacity UPS while simplifying service workflows and runtime scalability. Its dual-slot architecture uses one power module and one battery module in a compact 6U chassis, enabling phased runtime expansion without chassis replacement. Unlike floor-standing three-phase UPS, the rack-integrated approach brings continuity into existing rack infrastructure, in micro-data-center, secure IT, clinical-technology, edge-aggregation, and industrial-control environments.

Both models are 6U (17.3 × 31.5 × 10.5 in, 34 lb) with unity output power factor and a ±96 VDC (default) or ±120 VDC battery system, 4 A charging. Output is hardwired (terminal blocks) or via one optional receptacle panel per enclosure. Up to 8 battery modules are supported per power module via the optional extended battery cabinet.
